Newsweek Honors Several Qurate Retail Group Brands for Customer Service and Online Stores
Across our Qurate Retail Group brands, we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations wherever and however they shop with us. Newsweek recently affirmed our efforts by naming several of our brands to one or both of two prestigious 2022 lists: America’s Best Customer Service and Best Online Shops.
For the third year in a row, QVC, HSN, Zulily and Ballard Designs are all on Newsweek’s list for America’s Best Customer Service. For 2022, our brands were honored in the following categories:
- QVC ranked #1 and HSN ranked #3 in “Online Retailers: Food, Health and Beauty—Shopping TV Channels.”
- Zulily ranked #3 in “Online Retailers: Clothing-Members—Only Sales (Online).”
- Ballard Designs ranked #2 in “Brick and Mortar Retailers: Home Goods—Premium Furniture Retail.”
In addition, six of our brands ranked among Newsweek’s Best Online Shops 2022, in the following categories:
- HSN ranked in the top 10 in “Universal Provider—General”; QVC and Zulily ranked in the top 20.
- Frontgate ranked in the top 10 in “Home Living—Furniture”; Ballard Designs ranked in the top 30.
- Garnet Hill ranked in the top 10 in “Fashion & Accessories—Women’s Fashion (multi-brand).”
America’s Best Customer Service 2022 honors 581 retailers across 16 industries and 161 categories, based on a survey of more than 25,000 U.S. customers. The survey explored how likely customers are to recommend each brand and how customers feel about each brand’s communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus and accessibility.
Best Online Shops 2022 recognizes 1,000 shops across 39 categories in eight groups, based on detailed testing of each online shop and a nationwide survey of approximately 6,000 online shoppers. Survey participants evaluated each online shop on trust and security, structure and usability, payment, purchase and delivery, service and communication, technical performance, and likelihood of purchase.
These awards are presented by Newsweek and Statista, Inc., a respected statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
