Honoring U.S. Armed Forces Across the Country This Veterans Day

This past week, historic numbers of Americans made their voices heard and voted in our presidential election. As we reflect on the incredible privilege of participating in our democratic process, let us also recognize those who defend that privilege every day – the brave members of our United States Armed Forces.

Today, the nation observes Veterans Day in honor of those who have served in the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, and National Guard. In that spirit, we at Qurate Retail Group are taking a moment to pause and recognize these selfless members of the U.S. Armed Forces across the country, as well as their families, for the sacrifices they have made in defense of our freedoms.

The late President John F. Kennedy once said about our veterans, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” We encourage our team members, vendors, customers, and all our stakeholders to live by our words of gratitude as we honor both our veterans and our active duty military around the world.

And to those who have served – or whose family members have served – we extend a special hand of gratitude. Your commitment, courage and sacrifice are humbling and reflect the principles we are all striving to live by. Today and every day, we salute you.
