Rob Muller was named President of HSN® in March 2022. In this role, Rob is responsible for driving growth, innovation and team member engagement for this leading video commerce (“vCommerce”) brand. HSN takes shoppers on a journey – embracing the new, exploring untrodden paths, and bringing shoppers a unique perspective that enriches their lives. HSN offers a curated assortment of exclusive products and top brand names in health and beauty, jewelry, home/lifestyle, fashion/accessories, and electronics and incorporates entertainment, personalities and industry experts to provide a unique shopping experience.

Rob previously served as Senior Vice President (SVP), Global Strategy and Business Development for QVC® and HSN, with responsibility for accelerating and scaling strategies to bring live and on-demand video shopping experiences to customers across devices and technologies, while promoting daily digital discovery and creating seamless experiences across customer touchpoints worldwide. Prior to this, Rob was SVP and Market Leader for QVC UK. Under Rob’s leadership, QVC UK delivered strong viewership and revenue in an increasingly competitive television media space, while growing its digital sales.

Across his 20-year career with Qurate Retail GroupSM, Rob has served in a variety of other senior leadership roles. As SVP of Global Customer and Business Services, Rob led the operations teams for all QVC markets including Supply Chain and Logistics, Customer Service and Experience, Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services, and Operations Strategy. Prior to this, he held the role of SVP, Strategic Planning and Analytics, where he oversaw Business Strategy Development, Portfolio Governance, Commercial and Operations Planning, and Consumer and Market Insights for QVC US. Rob also served as SVP Customer Distribution Services, where he led Fulfillment Operations for QVC US’s expansive logistics network.

Prior to joining QVC, Rob served as Director of Distribution Operation at dot-com start-up eToys and as Director of Worldwide Advertising Operations at The Franklin Mint. Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from The College of New Jersey.
