President, QVC US
Mike Fitzharris was named President, QVC® US, in March 2022. In this role, Mike is responsible for driving growth, innovation and team member engagement at this leading video commerce (“vCommerce”) brand. QVC empowers shoppers with knowledge and shares insights in a lively and engaging way. QVC offers an ever-changing collection of familiar brands and fresh new products – from home and fashion to beauty, electronics and jewelry – and connects shoppers to interesting personalities, engaging stories and award-winning customer service.
Prior to this, Mike was Chief Commercial Officer for QVC US and HSN®, with responsibility for Merchandising, Planning and Programming, and Operations (including Fulfillment and Customer Service and Experience) for both brands. Mike previously served as President, HSN, where he led the brand’s integration into the Qurate Retail portfolio and restructured to deliver on cost synergy expectations.
From 2015 to 2017, Mike was CEO, Representative Director and Chairman for QVC Japan, QVC, Inc.’s largest international market. In this role, Mike re-energized QVC Japan while building a sustainable business for the long-term. Before joining QVC Japan, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer of QVC UK, with responsibility for Customer Fulfillment Services, including Contact Center Operations, Supply Chain Functions, Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
Mike began his QVC career in the UK in 1997, working across a number of areas before taking on the role of General Manager of Operations Support. He rejoined QVC in April 2012. Prior to rejoining QVC, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer at Rakuten Play.com, the UK’s leading entertainment ecommerce company.
Mike serves on the Board of Trustees for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He was recognized in the Cablefax 100 in 2019. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy with honors from the University of Northumbria.
