Qurate Retail Group Releases 2019 Global Contribution Summary
April 28, 2020: Giving back has been part of our DNA since our founding. Whether it’s supporting each other during the current challenges our world faces with COVID-19 or inviting our customers to shop for a cause during one of our charitable initiatives, we’re committed to building a brighter future.
Throughout the year, our customers, vendors, and team members contribute to causes that are most meaningful to us and our communities. We are proud to share our 2019 Global Contribution Summary Report which highlights the many contributions that made a difference last year.
In 2019, we generated over $17 million for more than 3,500 charities worldwide. This includes:
- 18,000+ team member volunteer hours
- Over $1 million in team member giving
- $7 million product and other in-kind donations
- $6 million for cause marketing such as Beauty with Benefits
