QVC & HSN Join USA Network & Joy Mangano for America’s Big Deal as Exclusive Video Retailers

Premiering Thursday, Oct. 14 live at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT, “America’s Big Deal” is produced by famed entrepreneur Joy Mangano, who built her company into a national brand by appearing on HSN and QVC. In “America’s Big Deal,” inventors and small businesses will pitch their products to America on live television, as viewers shop the products live through One Platform Commerce @ NBCU, which includes ShoppableTV and NBCUniversal CheckoutAt the end of each week’s show, the entrepreneur with the highest dollar sales will win the chance to strike a life-changing deal with one of the participating retail giants – meaning that live viewers at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT will take an active role in deciding which entrepreneur will stand before the retail panel as the night’s winner.
