QVC International Names Koreen Fader as SVP and Market Leader, QVC UK
March 8, 2021: QVC International, which brings the QVC video commerce experience to customers in Japan, the U.K. and Ireland, Germany and Austria, and Italy, has named Koreen Fader as SVP and Market Leader, QVC UK, effective in July 2021. In this role, Koreen leads retail operations that reach 28 million homes in the U.K. and Ireland via four broadcast networks and millions more via a website, mobile apps, and social pages. She is responsible for driving top-line growth and penetration in this market while advancing our strategic initiatives and team member engagement and development. QVC UK launched in 1993 and generated nearly $700 million in revenues in 2020 while achieving a record level of customers.
Koreen previously served as SVP Programming & Planning for QVC US and HSN, our video commerce brands in the U.S. In this role, she led our strategies to expand sales by optimizing product assortments and presentations across our five U.S. networks and multiple streaming, mobile, social, and web platforms, while also supporting the development of our combined merchandising organization. Prior to this, Koreen led QVC Japan’s Merchandising, Planning, & Programming function, where she strengthened the team and launched digital initiatives that helped this business become QVC’s fastest growing market. Koreen joined QVC in 2000 and has served in a variety of merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, programming, and planning roles.

Rob Muller, who has led QVC UK for the past four years, is returning to the U.S. to lead our new Strategy and Business Development function for QVC and HSN globally. QVC International includes QVC UK, QVC Japan, QVC Germany, and QVC Italy. In 2020, QVC International served 4.9 million customers and generated $3 billion in revenue.
