Qurate Retail Group’s Beth Rubino Recognized as a 2019 Woman on the Move
October 17, 2019: Main Line Today magazine has selected Beth Rubino, Chief People Officer of Qurate Retail Group, as one of their 2019 Women on the Move. The annual awards program recognizes highly successful women who demonstrate excellence in their field, go above and beyond their duties, and have made a significant impact on their company and community.
“Change takes time—until it doesn’t. Sometimes it moves rapidly and alters a landscape and culture that have held firm for decades,” shared Lisa Dukart, senior editor for Main Line Today. “These 20 women have collectively pushed boundaries and shattered glass ceilings, shifting perspectives.”
Rubino has been with the company for almost 25 years, initially joining the organization as director of human resources training and development in 1995. She held roles of increasing responsibility within human resources and in 2017 she was named Chief People Officer of Qurate Retail Group where she focuses on building dynamic teams across all eight Qurate Retail Group brands.
“We strive to cultivate an environment that attracts, embraces and leverages the rich diversity we know is critical in driving our business forward,” said Rubino. “I aim to be an advocate and a role model for our initiatives, processes and desired behaviors,” she says.
