March 10, 2020: For the fifth consecutive year, Qurate Retail Group’s commitment to exceptional customer experience has been recognized by the prestigious Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Qurate Retail Group was named the 2020 Gold Stevie Award winner in the categories of Customer Service Department of the Year in Retail and E-Commerce Customer Service.
