Qurate Retail Group Receives Top Honors for Customer Service Excellence
February 28, 2019: Recognizing Qurate Retail Group’s dedication to exceptional customer experience, the Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service awarded the family of brands three distinct honors. The wins included Gold Stevie Awards in the categories of Customer Service Department of the Year in Retail and e-Commerce Customer Service. Additionally, Qurate was named the winning retailer in the People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Customer Service, in which more than 76,000 votes were cast.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. More than 2,700 nominations from organizations in 45 nations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
