Newsweek Honors Qurate Retail Group Brands for Outstanding Customer Service
QVC, HSN, Zulily and Ballard Designs ranked among America’s best customer service companies
October 23, 2019: Four of Qurate Retail Group’s leading brands – QVC, HSN, Zulily and Ballard Designs – were recently recognized by Newsweek magazine in their annual America’s Best Customer Service list for 2020.
QVC and HSN were ranked as the number one and number two brands, respectively, in the Shopping TV Channels category. Zulily came in second in the Members-Only Sales (Online) category, while Ballard Designs took the number one spot among brands in the Brick and Mortar: Home Goods (Premium Furniture Retail) category. These distinctions demonstrate the commitment of our customer service team members to bring joy, inspiration and humanity to shopping for all our customers.
Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service list, now in its second year, is based on an independent survey from a sample of more than 20,000 U.S. customers who have either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services in the past three years. The final rankings list the top three brands across 160 retail categories.
