Customer Donations to be Matched by QVC and HSN on Giving Tuesday
December 3, 2019: This Giving Tuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back, QVC and HSN are helping customers contribute to the causes that are closest to their hearts. On Tuesday, December 3, QVC and HSN will match customer donations, up to a maximum of $100,000.
“Giving back is an essential part of our company’s culture and values so it’s important that we take an active role on Giving Tuesday,” said Suzanne Quigley, Director Global Corporate Responsibility.
No purchase is necessary and there is no minimum donation required. Customers can simply give to the charity of their choice* through qvc.com or hsn.com for their donation to be matched.
“We also see this day as a moment of gratitude to share with our customers and team members – a moment to be grateful for the nonprofit organizations who help our communities thrive every day,” said Quigley. “We want to be part of this important movement by leveraging our strengths in social, video and ecommerce for good!”
