A Look Inside QVC and HSN’s Newest U.S. Fulfillment Center

January 28, 2020: Qurate Retail Group is ramping up operations for its newest U.S. fulfillment center in Bethlehem, Pa.

The 1.7 million square foot building – our first to serve both QVC and HSN customers on a joint fulfillment platform – is expected to ultimately handle about 25% of combined volume for both brands once it is fully operational. We began limited shipments from the facility this past fall.

The new site is part of a multi-year fulfillment network optimization plan, designed to reduce delivery times by two days, increase package consolidation and reduce shipping costs. The facility currently handles QVC products and will add HSN products later in the year. We first announced the plan to integrate our QVC and HSN U.S. fulfillment networks in October of 2018.
