Terry Boyle became President and CEO of Zulily in March 2022. In this role, Terry leads the online retailer’s growth strategies and operations, leveraging technology and innovation to create engaging shopping experiences for Zulily’s core customers – millions of moms. Zulily helps moms around the world discover incredible deals and fresh styles for themselves, their families and their homes. Zulily launches thousands of products at amazing values each day, curating personalized shopping experiences that include apparel and footwear for the whole family, toys, home décor and so much more.
Prior to joining Zulily, Terry was CEO & Co-Founder of Behold, a venture-backed start-up focused on innovating online women’s fashion by providing a completely personalized shopping experience driven by data science, personal styling and outfit functionality.
Terry has had a dynamic career in leading and delivering digital growth strategies for retailers. He was the first executive hired at HauteLook, a members-only discount shopping website, in 2008 and joined the Nordstrom leadership team in 2011 as part of Nordstrom’s acquisition of HauteLook. At Nordstrom, Terry led the design and launch of Nordstromrack.com and served as President of Nordstromrack.com and HauteLook. In 2017, he added the role of President, Trunk Club, a full-priced division of Nordstrom focused on in-person and online personal styling services. Terry led the strategic reorientation of Trunk Club and returned it to high growth.
Terry began his career at Ernst & Young Consulting, where he helped launch and manage the Customer Relationship Management global practice. He serves as an independent director for The Black Tux and previously served on the board of Sole Society the advisory boards of Trunk Club and Windsor Stores. Terry earned his bachelor’s degree in social studies magna cum laude from Harvard College.
