President, vCommerce Ventures

Mary Campbell was named President, vCommerce Ventures, Qurate Retail GroupSM, in March 2022. In this role, Mary is responsible for expanding Qurate Retail Group’s leadership in digital livestreaming shopping, beyond QVC®’s and HSN®’s traditional multiplatform experiences. vCommerce Ventures includes the QVC+ and HSN+ interactive streaming service, which offers live, on-demand and streaming-only content in a fully shoppable experience. The QVC+ and HSN+ streaming service is available in 100 million U.S. homes via the web and as an app on Roku, Comcast X1, Amazon Fire TV and elsewhere. In addition, QVC’s and HSN’s linear channels are widely available across the most popular free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) services and pay livestreaming TV services. vCommerce Ventures is also developing video shopping apps to engage younger customers on their smart phones.

Mary previously served as Chief Content, Digital and Platforms Officer, QVC US and HSN, with responsibility for Platform Distribution, Content, and Digital and Broadcast Platforms for the two businesses. During her 20-year tenure with the organization, Mary has held a variety of leadership roles across Merchandising and new media, including Chief Merchandising Officer, Qurate Retail Group, and Chief Commerce Officer, QVC US. As Executive Vice President, Commerce Platforms for QVC, Inc., Mary led the translation of the QVC brand across broadcast, web, mobile, and social platforms, expanding the brand’s television reach, ecommerce and mobile penetration, and customer base.

Mary is widely recognized as a leader in video commerce, ecommerce, and social commerce. Her honors include: Women in Retail Leadership Circle/Total Retail’s Top Women in Retail; Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Woman of the Year-Programmer; National Retail Federation Power Player; the Cablefax 100; the Cablefax Most Innovative People in Multiscreen; Cablefax’s Most Powerful Women in Cable; Philadelphia Business Journal’s Women of Distinction and Tech Disrupters; and Multichannel News’ Women to Watch.

Mary serves on the Board of Directors of Leggett & Platt, Inc. Mary earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Connecticut State University.
